We take pride in our production and quality assurance, but in the very rare instance there is a defective/wrong item sent, we'll gladly exchange it for the same item at no cost to the consumer if it's in its original state (new, unworn and unwashed). The issue must be reported AND shipment of the item back to our warehouse must be initiated within 14 calendar days.
