Mission + Merch always offers free shipping on orders of $150 or more. ORDERS OVER $100 REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UPON DELIVERY.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Processing and Shipping
POLICY FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Please allow up to 14 business days to process and ship your order. We process and ship Monday-Friday (excluding the following holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

Please allow up to 2 business days to process and ship your order. We process and ship Monday-Friday (excluding the following holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
Once your items ship you will receive an email with the tracking information. We use multiple shipping companies to ensure that your merchandise is delivered promptly.
Allow up to 10 days for your order to be delivered AFTER it leaves our distribution center located in Atlanta, GA. The length of time it takes to receive the order will depend solely on the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost packages or delays that occur after your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier. Once a package shows that it's been picked up, it's no longer in our possession, so the consumer must monitor the progress of their package and reach out to the shipping carrier for questions regarding whereabouts and delivery.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address the consumer will be responsible for paying the re-ship fee. To prevent this from occurring, please ensure that you DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE FINALIZING PAYMENT. We cannot change ANYTHING once the consumer has checked out.
We will not be held liable for incorrect addresses, misplaced, lost, or stolen packages.
